7. Take break - continuous working can make you feeling tired. Give break to your brain for 5-10 minutes and take a fresh start.

As with caffeine, energy drinks also contain sugar, sodium etc. Consumption of excess amount of sugar can increase the weight. A pregnant women might start to have fluid because of sodium consumption during the latter stages of pregnancy.
