Avoid consume a lot of that immediately after exercise. Because after workout, swift digesting food is necessary to transport glucose to muscles instantly. But fat slower down the digestion process
Don’t forget to cool down after running on the treadmill because it helps to return your heart rate and blood pressure normal and prevents venous pooling.
Do not neglect to having breakfast early after workout. And make sure your snack must be rich in fresh fruits, protein and fiber.
Don’t forget to stay hydrated. Drink two-three cups of water in the hours after workout. Do not stay in sweaty clothes after workout. As soon as possible, take shower and change.

Only one energy drink a day can create heart problems. Energy drinks contain higher amount of caffeine. Caffeine can be addictive, toxic, even fatal at high concentrations. According to one study,19% college students who consume energy drink regularly had experienced heart palpitations. It also increase blood pressure, heart rate and particularly in people who already have heart disease. 

Miscarriage :

A 2006 study of more than 1000 pregnant women found that those who consumed more than 200mg of caffeine per day were about twice as likely to have a miscarriage compared with pregnant women who did not drink caffeine. As with caffeine, energy drinks also contain sugar, sodium etc. Consumption of excess amount of sugar can increase the weight. A pregnant women might start to have fluid because of sodium consumption during the latter stages of pregnancy.

Kidney failure :

According to research published in the "Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology" in June 2009, over consumption of caffeine has been associated with chronic kidney disease. The Food and Drug Administration has determined that high intake of caffeine around 600 milligrams or more per day could increase the risk of kidney damages.
