1. water - start your day with one glass warm water. It will help to digest your breakfast properly. And also drink 8-10 glass of water a day. Water release the toxic substances from our body.
2. Breakfast - Give priority on your morning meal. It is the main source of energy for full day work. Take a egg and fresh fruits with your breakfast.
3. Sound sleep- Sleeping is very important for a peaceful mind. It will make you stress-free and relax. Daily 8-10 hours for an adult women and 6-8 hours for an adult men, sleeping is necessary
4. Exercise - Fit and healthy body will give you a active day. Daily 30 minutes exercise will help you to be fit, healthy and active.

5. Reduce using of electronic devices at night - 

Excessive use of mobile phone, computer, laptop at night is very harmful for your sleep. so, avoid these electronic devices at night.
6. Skip heavy dinner - You don’t know but it is really true that heavy dinner can cause many physical problems such as- obesity, high blood pressure, diabetics etc.So, skip heavy dinner and take fresh vegetables instead of protein.
7. Take break - continuous working can make you feeling tired. Give break to your brain for 5-10 minutes and take a fresh start.
8. Give up smoking - Smoking cause mental depression, make different types of obsession. So, give it up right now.
9. Relationship - Spend time with your friends and family. It will refresh your mind and give you energy.
If you are not concern about your fitness, then you will not be capable enough to live your life to it’s fullest sphere. Exercise maintain blood circulation if body, psychological well-being and help to reduce body fat. Here are some worst thing which can afflict your fitness after workout –

Avoid consume a lot of that immediately after exercise. Because after workout, swift digesting food is necessary to transport glucose to muscles instantly. But fat slower down the digestion process
Don’t forget to cool down after running on the treadmill because it helps to return your heart rate and blood pressure normal and prevents venous pooling.
Do not neglect to having breakfast early after workout. And make sure your snack must be rich in fresh fruits, protein and fiber.
Don’t forget to stay hydrated. Drink two-three cups of water in the hours after workout. Do not stay in sweaty clothes after workout. As soon as possible, take shower and change.
Do not forget about keeping progress report. It is the best Way to monitor where you’re plateauing and give you inspiration.
Dot not  avoid the stretching. It will prevent post-workout soreness and helps to muscles from being injured.
